I picked up my first SLR camera over 15 years ago and promptly fell in love with photography. Back then we used film (remember that?) and I learned to process and develop my own images. Though I have a love in my heart for the "old fashion" photography, I switched from film to digital in 2008. My style tends toward traditional but I love catching real emotion when my subjects forget I'm there. I am currently living in Umatilla County, Oregon where I wear many hats as a wife, mother, teacher, Registered Dietitian, chef, and, of course, photographer.
